Processing Time
As all our pieces are made to order, production begins once the order is confirmed. Our standard production timelines are as follows:
- Wedding orders: Approximately 8–10 weeks
- Sarees and kurta sets: Approximately 6–8 weeks
- Plain sarees: Approximately 4–6 weeks
Please note that production timelines may vary during festive seasons and periods of exceptionally high demand.
Domestic Shipping
We offer shipping across India through our trusted delivery partners. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary according to the destination country.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur owing to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs clearance procedures, public holidays, or disruptions within the supply chain.
