All the products are made to order, we take 4 - 5 weeks for making and shipping it to your address.

All our products are made on fine fabrics with intricate craftsmanship. Please dry clean them only.
Please store textiles in a muslin cloth away from sunlight in a dry environment and air the textile every few months.
We are not responsible for textiles that have been hand washed/cleaned other than dry cleaning.

We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know. Nishar Ahmed is a 100% hand embroidered and handmade brand, please note we do not accept returns for made-to-order items and accessories.

We do not offer merchandise exchanges and/or returns on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at nisharahmedofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
